Position Overview:As an Account Executive at Growlink, you will be responsible for driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within the controlled environment agriculture (CEA) space. This role requires a proactive approach to selling, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
 - Identify and prospect new leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
 - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Growlink's solutions to prospective clients.
 - Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing and onboarding.
 - Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
 - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasts and reports to management.
 - Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
 - Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
 - Represent Growlink at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
 - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, AgTech, or related industries.
 - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
 - Strong understanding of the sales process, with excellent prospecting and closing skills.
 - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 - Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
 - Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
